While I like the icon replacer, it does not work out-of-the-box.
Inside the XML file, it contains a wrong path like "Sbk_Resource\spidericon.jpg".
If you remove all the "Sbk_Resource\" parts, it works.

Hmm, the readme actually tells you to put them in subdirectories. I guess the author didn't have a zip program that could save pathnames :\
